Sheet-Pan Beef Broccoli

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees, place a baking sheet in the center of the oven to heat up while preparing ingredients.


Into a large mixing bowl, add ¼ cup avocado oil, ¼ cup aminos, garlic, ginger, almond butter, vinegar, and red onions. Toss to combine then add the sliced beef to marinade while preparing peppers and broccoli.


In a separate bowl, add the bell peppers and broccoli along with 2 Tbsp aminos and 1 Tbsp avocado oil. Toss to coat.


Remove the hot baking sheet from the oven and evenly spread the beef and onion mixture on one side and the broccoli pepper mixture on the other. Transfer to the oven for 10 minutes.


After 10 minutes, switch the oven to broil and broil for addition 10 minutes for extra browning. Serve garnished with green onions alongside brown rice if desired.

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain, about ¼ inch thick
¼ cup + 1 Tbsp avocado oil, divided
¼ cup +2 Tbsp coconut aminos, divided
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp ginger, minced
1 Tbsp almond butter
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 medium red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
4-6 cups broccoli florets
¼ cup green onions, thinly sliced
